This striking rosary has been designed to encourage prayer for the souls in Purgatory. The colors of the rosary beads lighten from black to grey to white, representing the vision of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich in which she witnessed suffering souls change from dark to light as a result of her prayers. The unique crucifix depicts Jesus on the cross with the Blessed Mother at His side, holding up a chalice to receive His precious blood. The centerpiece displays an image of Our Lady on one side and the Divine Mercy on the other. This rosary is a beautiful reminder to pray for the Holy Souls, a great work of mercy encouraged by the Catholic Church. The month of November is especially given to prayer for the Holy Souls in Purgatory, and their feast is November 2nd.
