Our 2026 Rosary of the Year honors Our Lady of Waiting, also known as Our Lady of Lebanon, a devotion rooted in faith, patience, and maternal protection.
In the village of Magdousheh, tradition holds that Mary waited for Jesus as He ministered in Tyre and Sidon. A shrine there contains an icon given by St. Helena in 326 AD, to honor Our Lady of the Wait, while in Harissa, a towering statue built in 1907 rises above Lebanon as a sign of her protective love.
Just as Mary waited for her Sonâfrom His ministry to His Resurrectionâwe too wait in hope for Godâs answer to our prayers.Â
Our Rosary of the Year commemorates that shared bond, reminding us that we all have a Mother who understands what it is to pray and to wait.
Handcrafted in our Charlotte, NC workshop, it features creamy Riverstone Hail Mary beads with natural veining as a reminder of God's ageless plans for us.Â
Golden Czech glass Our Father beads capped in gorgeous antique gold filigree echo Old-World tradition, devotion, and ancient faith. Luminous champagne bi-cone crystals shimmer with the spark of holy longing we hold in our hearts as we pray.
The centerpiece is an antique bronze Auspice Maria medal, a timeless symbol meaning, âunder the care of Mary.â Our finishing touch is a cutout bronze crucifixion medal portraying Mary and St. Mary Magdalene at the Cross, where Christ entrusted His Mother to us and she became our spiritual mother in waiting.
More than a rosary, it is a prayerful companionâinviting us to wait with Mary in faith, hope, and love, trusting Christ to answer our prayers, in His time and with His grace.
