This lovely rosary pouch features an icon of Our Lady of Czestochowa, also known as the Black Madonna, who is the protector of Poland. Pious tradition says the original was painted by St. Luke and found by St. Helena in Jerusalem while searching for the True Cross. The original has a remarkable and legendary history. This one is woven on golden tapestry, accented with brilliant color, on both sides of the pouch. A wonderful and reverent place to store your rosary or other small keepsakes when not in use.
